Last fall I was taking photos of Kate as she was entering her senior year of high school. I can't believe it's been a year and she is now a college kid! I had a great time with the whole Taylor family this time taking some updated family photos at their beautiful home in Bartlett NH. We were lucky enough to avoid the rain drops and have a 4 legged family member who was very cooperative for photos!

It seems like this fall was chalk full of beautiful days! The leaves full of color, the cool crisp air and even the soft gray sky's were beautiful. Maybe it's just my love for this season but I felt like every photo session I had this fall was graced with wonderful light, fun families and of course a few pumpkins. Joe and Camille visit Mt. Washington Valley every year and this time wanted some family photos to take back as souvenirs. I had a great time watching this family laugh and play together! My favorite family photos are always the ones that capture the family actually being a family. Laughing and playing. Hopefully smiles are involved but the genuine love the family shares is what makes a family photo a treasure.

With their wedding just a few months away; Andy, Johanna and I found a perfect fall day for their engagement shoot. We not only hit the golden fall colors perfectly we also had one of those rare fall days where it almost hit 70 degrees! Although, it wasn't the cool crisp air that we planned on we soaked up every last bit of the beautiful sun we could! I can't wait for your wedding guys! It's going to be an perfect winter wonderland!!!

Kate and Dan are just about the coolest people I know. Not only are they kind, sweet and funny, but they are the kind of people that you just can't help but have fun with! Their wedding was held at a private home in Jackson, NH where Kate grew up. Which just so happens to have one of the most amazing views of the White Mountains in the whole valley! With the leaves just coming into peak color October 5th was the perfect fall wedding day!

A few days before Kate & Dan tied the knot I met up with them at Kate's parents home up in Jackson, NH. Kate chose to have both her engagement session and her wedding at her parents home for many reasons, but the #1 reason is THE VIEW!!! Her parents home has one of the best views in all of Mt. Washington Valley. With the leaves starting to turn and a gloriously warm sunny day; Dan, Kate and I spent an hour walking around the property and taking some of my favorite engagement photos to date! Kate & Dan, I had the best time with you two and am so glad we squeezed this session in, you guys are naturals in front of the camera!
