Anyone else have this struggle?? I’ve had two nights this week with meals which were planned to have avocado in them and have had to keep pushing them to a new night cuz they are not ripe yet! 🥑 My guess tonight they will be rotten because I left them on the counter with my over-ripe bananas 🤣🤣🤣
I’ve been getting asked a lot why my namesake hasn’t arrived yet and man do I wish I knew!!! 🌸 I also get asked quite often if I was born in the spring, if it was my parents favorite season or if they are hippies. Well the fact is they were/are hippies (my dad was in a rock and roll band in the late 70’s) but that has zero to do with my name. Spring was my grandmother’s maiden name and I couldn’t be prouder to have a family name that’s both unique but also not some crazy name no one can spell. 🌸 Does your name have a story? Are you named after someone? We have this photo framed in our mudroom next to a clans map of Scotland. They are my everyday reminders of our incredible honeymoon almost 6 years ago. I can’t wait to take Lydia and Brogan to Scotland - hopefully for our ten year anniversary we will all go together! My plan is to renew our vows there with our kiddos on a cliff somewhere in the highlands ❤️ So tell me where did you go on your honeymoon? Or where would you want to go (if you haven’t honeymooned yet?) and was it as fantastic as you hoped it would be??

It’s a morning of getting sh*t done- with one little one I tow and one at preschool it’s go time!!! So I’m off to the grocery store, bank & the post office this morning hoping to get everything checked off the to do list before an afternoon of meetings.
