Adrianna and KC are so sweet and want to pass along their prize to the 2nd place winners because they are just that nice!  Well the current issue is that as of Jan 1st 2011 there were two people tied for 2nd place:  Emily & Anthony and Nick & Melanie- So I've decided to give you both a canvas print!  Congrats guys!!!!

Blog Feature

With the count down to the new website launch underway I'm totally overwhelmed with all the excitement and wonderful things to come.  Today I got a huge surprise courtesy of Lindsay Milan of Jennie Fresa!!! Lindsay was the very talented hair and makeup artist that worked her magic on me before my photo shoot with Justin & Mary.  Well, yesterday I was featured on a blog post for Jennie Fresa!!!! WHOOO HOOOO!!!!

I can't wait to take Lindsay up on her offer to show me around NYC next time I get down there!  Thanks Lindsay for all your help.

Favorite Wedding of 2010 Contest

I know what you've all been thinking... "Contests are awesome and I want some free stuff".  Well you are in for a treat!!!! Here is the skinny-   I have uploaded one image from each of the wonderful weddings that I've shot this year and posted them in a contest folder on my NEW facebook fan page. So go become a fan and 'like' the photo from your favorite wedding, then go recrute more of your friends to vote too.

The contest ends midnight new years eve and I will then randomly select a fan who has liked any of the photos and they will win an itunes gift card AND the couple who's wedding gets the most likes will also get a 8x10 gallery wrapped canvas!!!  So couples, parents, friends etc- spread the word.

My very own Christmas tree.

I've always been at home with my parents of visiting family this time of year.  Even when I had my own house in Tennessee I still came back to Maine for Christmas so we never got a tree of our own.  Finally- this year we have our very own tree!  I really enjoyed spending some time picking out just the right decorations.  I went to Pottery Barn, TJ Maxx and of course the Christmas Loft and then for a few final, and a little more personal, touches I raided my mothers decorations! My dad keeps telling me what a good looking tree I have, and I have to agree.  I think the white poinsettias really add to the tree along with my red and green plaid glass balls and of course a few birds and santa's to round it out.

I am very excited to take a few days away from the computer.  I plan to be around my family and friends and spend some time enjoying what the holidays are all about.

A change is gonna come.

It has been a long time commin'  but we are in the final stages of the website/branding remodeling craziness.  Big things are happening around here and I can not wait to share all the wonderfulness coming your way.  New business name, new logo, new website, new blog look and all kinds of other awesome things are on their way!!!!!!
