Just before heading to the coast of Maine for my wedding week I met up with Jeanette Rose, her husband and their two boys. This family was so happy to be away on vacation and wanted to capture their happiest moments here in North Conway for their portrait session. The two boys were a little quite at first but once they realized that I wasn't going to bite we got some giggles and smiles. I think doing family photos while you are on vacation is a great idea. Sometimes kids struggle with portraits and if they are already in a good mood and happy to be away from home doing fun things it's a little bit easier to get them to loosen up and have some fun.
