Brittany, Jeff, Kasen & Little Sister Burke | Family & Maternity | North Conway NH

Birttany and Jeff have a beautiful family and it is about to get bigger!  I spent some time with them at their home in North Conway the other day and took some family photos, some of Brittany and her baby bump and some of the cutest kid on the face of the planet- their son Kasen. Kasen was shy at first but once his dad got him to kick around his ball we saw some smiles.

I love these next two- The Burke's live right next to the railroad so when the train goes by Kasen gets pretty excited.  He walked over with his mom to wave as the train passed.

Jeff was so good about being in photos- better then most dads I know.

One with the 3D sonogram of their baby girl.

Kasen decided he would hold the sonogram and even if it's upside down i still LOVE these.

Beautiful.

While I was taking a few photos of Brittany- Jeff kept Kasen occupied by helping him pick apples.

What good looking parents Kasen and his little sister have.

Love that light.

I'm telling you this kid's smile melts my heart.

We finished up the session on their front porch.  I love the quiet sweetness of these images.

Brittany, Jeff, Kasen & Little Sister... thank you so much for allowing me to capture your beautiful family.  I had so much fun with you guys and can't wait to meet Little Sister :)

Meredith & Colin | Engaged | Beverly, MA

Colin & Meredith are tying the knot on August 14th at the Inn at Jackson in Jackson, NH.  These two are head over heals for one another.  It didn't take long to get them laughing and having fun.  I had told Meredith that if she wanted to bring any 'props' for their photo shoot they were welcome to do so.   When we walked down to a beautiful park on the water and she pulled out a purple whiffle ball bat and a frisbee I knew these two were going to be a lot of fun.

Colin did a great job getting Meredith to show off her real smile.

What a good looking couple.  Models I tell ya.

And the whiffle ball began...  Colin even gave Meredith a mini lesson.

When the frisbee came out Colin showed off his skills and showed Meredith his technique.

I love this one of Colin reading aloud.  Their facial expressions are priceless.

Check out the bling!

After playing in the park for a while we walked down to the beach.  The light was PERFECT.

These next two might be my favorites.

As the light faded we walked back up to Meredith's friends house where we had parked our cars.  On the way, Meredith had mentioned maybe taking a silly photo with her friends chickens.  I was all for it- Colin on the other hand was less then thrilled.  He wouldn't hold the chicken but at least he was a sport and did pet it.

Thank you so much Meredith and Colin- I had a blast with you guys and can't wait for your wedding!

Lytta & Michael | Engaged | East Boston

Lytta and Michael met at their friends wedding.  They were the best man and maid of honor... I think their friends must have planned it, because now here they are getting married.  These two love birds are getting married the first weekend in September at Purity Springs Resort in Madison NH. We had rescheduled their shoot because of rain once before and as I drove south on Rt 1 rain drops started to fall and I was so worried we were going to have to reschedule again.  Luckily within minutes of it starting to rain the clouds cleared revealing a beautiful sunny afternoon.  So, with the noise of the jet engines from Logan across the water and the warm sun shining, we started our shoot at Constitution Beach.

Lytta is a natural in front of the camera- look at her work those angles.

LOVE that you can see the skyline of Boston in the background of these.

This next one might be my favorite of the day! Just look at the way he looks at her... makes my heart flutter.

See the airplane?

These two were so easy going and had no problem finding their inner models.

Lytta told me there was a cool blue bridge over across the park- So glad she mentioned it.

Thank you Lytta and Michael- I had so much fun with you guys and I'm so excited to see you both up north in a few months for your big day.
