The coast of Maine is possibly the most special place in the world to me, so any time I'm lucky enough to be able to photograph there I'm beyond ecstatic! I'm pretty sure that Ashley and Ian feel the same way about the coast as they chose to tie the knot in Boothbay Harbor, ME. Their day started with that typical coastal Maine fog socking in the coastline. But just as Ashely's dad came to escort her down the isle the fog lifted and as we walked down to the rocky shore for some portraits the sun appeared and made for the most stunning afternoon light. Ashley and Ian are wonderful, there just isn't a better word for these two. They are funny, sweet, kind and above all they are head over heals in love. Their smiles and laughs are infectious and by the end of the day my cheeks hurt from smiling so much. Thank you both for making me feel like a part of your family and for choosing me document the start of your lives together, it was truly an honor! XOXO Spring
